IH Solutions’ resident chef, Ed has worked in and around kitchens over 15 years at a variety of levels with various cuisines.

Ed has extensive experience working with fresh produce from source to plate. From The Dining Room in Hersham to Petersham Nurseries in Richmond, Ed moved on to riverside gastro dining at The Anglers, within a small boutique pub group, quickly reaching a Head Chef role.

With IH Solutions, Ed has worked alongside national chains and independent venues to produce profitable, innovative menus and maintain quality and safety standards. With a passion for training and nurturing talent, Ed provides IHS’ food safety support service, including inspection auditing and logbook production.

Ed’s background and interest in the technical allows us to provide a highly nuanced business support function, around the deployment, implementation and effective management of EPoS and control systems. Ed leads the support function for a national specialist leisure brand, providing EPOS installation, training, and ongoing contact.
