With a passion for training and nurturing talent, Ed provides IHS’ food safety support service, including inspection auditing and logbook production.
Ed’s background and interest in the technical allows us to provide a highly nuanced business support function, around the deployment, implementation and effective management of EPoS and control systems. Ed leads the support function for a national specialist leisure brand, providing EPOS installation, training, and ongoing contact.
