Lewis joined IH Solutions in 2022 as the team’s operations specialist, providing expert guidance to clients on optimising operations, compliance, risk management, and profitability. Overseeing client accounts, he ensures timely issue resolution, and identifies dynamic growth opportunities, while his ability to motivate teams makes him invaluable for implementation projects.

Lewis also conducts training sessions to enhance clients’ hospitality skillsets and collaborates with stakeholders to translate objectives into actionable policies and procedures – with a keen specialism in licensing and employment law, people analytics, and administrative best practice.

Lewis is adept and able to oversee implementation of a range of industry-leading EPoS solutions, such as Access, Lightspeed and Zonal, and can provide tailored guidance on a wide range of specialist workforce management and HRIS platforms. With a strong background in licensing compliance, Lewis provides expert support on a range of crisis management and oversight scenarios – including hearings, inspections, and statutory compliance – as well as being an effective and experienced DPS delegate.
