Lauren brings a wealth of experience across multiple industries, with a background spanning hospitality, leisure, recruitment, and education. Having held management roles in bowling alleys and theme parks, she developed a deep understanding of operations, customer experience, and team leadership in fast-paced environments.

Beyond hospitality, Lauren has worked for a leading recruitment agency, gaining expertise in business development, client relations, and strategic growth. She also played a key role in heading up the UK & Ireland division of an educational start-up, where she was instrumental in scaling operations and driving business success and is able to utilise this to support businesses.

With a strong foundation in business management and operational strategy, Lauren is passionate about supporting businesses and streamlining processes to drive efficiency and growth.

As Head of Projects, she oversees key initiatives, ensuring smooth execution and delivering impactful results across the company’s portfolio.
